About me

Feng Shui Lifedesign – About me

Spaces often influence our well-being more than we realize. They work through energy, design, and order – subtly, but permanently.

In my work, I combine Feng Shui with a holistic view of people. It's not about rigid rules, but about spaces that suit and support each stage of life.

Feng Shui Lifedesign stands for the conscious connection of energy, space and life.

I am interested in the subtle interplay between people, space, and energy. Spaces often reflect where we stand – and what wants to change.

My work focuses on clarity, tranquility, and harmony. I perceive where energy is stagnant, where order is lacking, or where design can be beneficial. In doing so, I combine the energetic alignment of spaces with a conscious, understated design.

For me, Feng Shui Lifedesign means not optimizing spaces, but arranging them in such a way that they support the person who lives or works in them – in their current phase of life.

My path to Feng Shui life design

My professional journey began in conventional medicine – as a midwife. Even then, it became clear to me how crucial a holistic approach to supporting people is. The purely conventional medical perspective was insufficient for my understanding of health, development, and inner balance.

In 1998, I therefore began to study Traditional Chinese Medicine intensively. Chinese philosophy and its view of humanity deeply impressed me – especially because its connections are not only theoretically explainable but can be directly experienced in everyday life. Health was presented here as an interplay of energy, rhythm, and balance.

Working with acupuncture opened up new perspectives for me, but it still didn't feel complete. I wanted to understand a person's energetic situation more comprehensively – not just in the body, but also in the environment in which they live and work.

This led me to Feng Shui. Here I found a clear yet quiet language to connect energy, health, and quality of life. Over time, I became increasingly aware of how powerfully spaces affect us—often subtly, but profoundly. They can strengthen, organize, and support, just as they can amplify restlessness or exhaustion.

At the same time, I realized that the energetic alignment of a room must be supported by its design quality. Proportions, materials, colors, light, and order influence how we feel in a room and how well energy can flow. For me, design and Feng Shui are inextricably linked.

Feng Shui Lifedesign therefore combines the energetic arrangement of spaces with a clear, conscious spatial design. Not as decorative interior design, but as a design that supports people in their current phase of life – calmly, harmoniously, and sustainably.

This approach is complemented by my knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese nutritional theory, and Dahlke's health philosophy. Together, they form the basis for a holistic understanding of energy, health, and lifestyle.

Today I work with the conviction that a harmonious life arises where inner processes and outer spaces come into harmony – clear, calm and individual.
